You’ve never done full body strength training like this before! Flexibility for hyper people who know they need to stretch but just can’t stand to stand still = PiYo strength!

Listen, if you have to turn up the heat in the room so that people will actually sweat - then maybe your workout doesn’t build enough heat on its own?!? I’m Teaching #piyostrength at the Beachbody #leadership conference next Friday! Be there or look for it, or ask for it on your local health club group exercise schedule! It’s a crazy calorie burning flexibility and body weight strength training workout that will blow your mind! This ain’t yo mamas stretch class :)

got my weight lifting in for the day. thank you Chalene Johnson for making me realize how important it is to lift weights and making it fun at the same time! I don’t have to feel intimidated at the gym and can lift comfortably in my own home. I LOVE ChaLEAN Extreme and am seriously looking forward to spending the next 3.5 months with her :)

I don’t know why, but I find Chalene Johnson a far better motivator than Jillian Michaels. When Chalene says I’m not tired, I believe her. With Jillian…let’s put it this way: I can mute her and it wouldn’t make much difference to my performance. :/
